Hin Ho is the founder at Rehab It, based in Edinburgh, UK. Since establishing the practice in 2018, Hin Ho has been dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free through evidence-based manual therapy and rehabilitation.
With a background that bridges sports therapy, corrective exercises, hands on therapy , he addresses not just the symptoms, but the root causes of pain and dysfunction. He is postgraduate educated and qualified to Level 5—the highest vocational standard in the UK—in Sports Massage Therapy; Spinal Manipulation, Personal Training, and Mindfulness Teaching.
Hin’s clinical expertise lies in the assessment and treatment of soft-tissue dysfunction, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries. He combines advanced manual techniques with functional movement strategies to restore mobility, enhance performance, and prevent recurrence.
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, Hin Ho earned his degree in Philosophy in 2007. His interest in human performance began during his time as an active member and assistant coach of the university’s Kickboxing Club. After graduation, he transitioned into personal training, where he developed a strong understanding of biomechanics and movement patterns.
In 2017, he completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Health Studies at the University of Gloucestershire. During this period, he worked as a therapist at the Hands On Clinic, gaining extensive hands-on experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. He also earned a Boxing Coach Certificate endorsed by England Boxing, further enriching his insight into athletic conditioning and injury prevention.
In addition to his private practice, Hin Ho has worked part-time at Castle Craig Hospital as a Therapeutic Fitness Instructor, supporting patients through tailored rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
Committed to continuous professional development, Hin Ho regularly attends advanced training courses to expand his clinical skill set. His ongoing pursuit of knowledge ensures that every client at Rehab It receives the highest standard of care—focused, personalised, and results-driven.
